We are looking to expand our team with a communicative and organized Technical Project Manager.
As a Technical Project Manager at Greenbyte, you will be a part of the Installation team. Your primary goal is ensuring that the customer's renewable energy production assets become available for usage in the Greenbyte platform. On a day to day basis you are responsible for managing customer onboarding projects, including time planning, scheduling tasks, communication, and requirements clarification.
The Installation team is a tight-knit group of people working with agile methodologies to deliver projects and execute tasks. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be working daily with coordinating the execution of different tasks with our agile ways of working. You will also support the sales organization in both early engagement and ongoing discussions in the pre-sales process.

Expectations & Tasks

Plan and execute onboarding projects

Coordinate internal resources and customer resources

Communicate project status on an ongoing basis

Guide and assist customers in understanding technical solutions and available options
- Clarify technical requirements in order to complete an onboarding
- Reading and understanding technical documentation
- Write and maintain onboarding documentation
- Testing of access to customer and third-party solutions and tools
- Participate in the development of in-house ways of working and team building.

This position requires an education in IT, Project Management, or another relevant field.

To succeed in this role, it helps to have a couple of years of experience as a Technical Project Manager and/or in an IT-related customer facing position.
- Since we work in a global environment and our clients are located all around the world, it's important that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- A clear interest of the technical side within IT is required in order to be able to execute and develop the technical side of the role.
- Preferably, you have experience and/or interest in working with agile processes and methodologies. This will be required in order to contribute successfully to develop the team's current ways of working further.

- Experience from working with integration/Installation/configuration management within IT
- Experience working with real-time data collection
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Experience working with SaaS solutions
- Experience working with network solutions
- Experience working with tools such as JIRA and Salesforce
- Interest in renewable energy
- Skilled in one or more additional European languages
