Icomera launched the world's first Internet solution for trains in September 2002 and is today the world's leading provider of Connectivity and application platforms for passenger transport and public safety. Our award-winning products are deployed on rail, road and sea, serving more than 30 million Wi-Fi users every day in over 36 countries and providing high-speed access for fleet tracking and mission-critical on-board systems. Transport solutions of the future will require more than connectivity - passengers need to be entertained, the vehicles need to be monitored and the staff need to kept informed. Together with our application partners Icomera is already meeting these and other needs through the deployment of complete transportation communication solutions. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join Icomera in their ambition to focus on delivering projects in a best way with highest quality utilizing products and solutions from Icomera.

This role is hands on and you will be expected to get down to the details and be prepared to complete various tasks that are required.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Capture requirements needed for development.
• Define the goals for a development project.
• Plan, structure and organize development projects.
• Create and communicate project plans and updates.
• Manage external contacts and contracts.
• Communicate with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Capture and write down technical specifications based on customer or internal request and wishes.
• Develop and improve the internal project processes within Icomera.
• Keep up to date on Icomera hardware and core development.

The right candidate will need to be able to operate with little supervision and be able to develop the role further. We work in a fast paced environment which requires someone who is comfortable in change and adapting to meet the goals of the business.

We believe you:

• Have experience from Project Management, approximately 3 - 5 years.
• Have experience in software development.
• Have a passion for technology.
• Are fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written
• Natural instinct to organize, plan and structure.
• Ability to lead and inspire others.
• Problem solving, positive attitude, easy understanding for technology.
