We are searching for a Technical Project Manager, with experience from leading software and web development projects, to join our organization and manage the development of our new digital platform. As a Technical Project Manager you will lead the development team in the operational work of creating this product ? from conceptual development, to organising wireframes, to planning and prioritisation. At the same time, you will be the vital link between the development team and the product team.

You are relentlessly driven by developing yourself and the people around you. You love the idea of being stationed in our vibrant office in the very heart of Stockholm, with constant access to coffee and rooms for both brainstorming and hyperfocus. TASKS
• To manage the project and the production of the development of Nova?s web based product.
• Define and prioritize user-stories and backlog to gether with the product team and development team.
• Control budget through time estimation and by monitoring the development progress.
• Quality assurance and provide UX and design material for developers using external supplier.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Several years of experience from managing web/software development projects, preferably using agile methods.
• Experience from software development projects, either as a developer or closely involved in software projects.
• Enthusiasm for usability and user experience.
• Relevant university education in computing or similar.
