Assignment
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to optimise and improve the automation of the production process for scented candles. The position covers technology, quality, and cost requiring a high level of drive and innovation from you as a Project Manager. This is a challenging role with a high business impact.
Responsibilities
Lead and plan projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and work methods.
Develop specifications and manage equipment procurement.
Ensure project goals are met and implement changes within the organization.
Manage risks and report on project status.
Profile & Skills
Engineering education is a merit.
At least five years' experience in technical project management and working with technical requirements and procurement.
Strong planning and collaboration skills.
Experience from production with a high level of automation.
Fluent in English or Swedish.
Personal Qualities
Result-oriented, proactive and independent, committed and adaptable in changing circumstances.
