Responsibilities Lead and deliver diverse projects in embedded software and/or electrical engineering, ensuring top-notch results and efficient processes.
Serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration to move projects forward.
Provide strategic advice to clients on the next steps, processes, and best practices for achieving project goals.
Create the conditions for long-term innovation and technological development.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams to approach challenges holistically and deliver sustainable solutions.
Qualifications Background in software and/or engineering.
Solid understanding of product development processes, project models, and the various stages of development.
Experience working with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira etc.
Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and communicate complex ideas effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for project and change management.
