Responsibilities
Demonstrating a deep understanding of technical aspects and shouldering responsibility for the project's technical scope.
Staying ahead of industry developments, rallying the team, and effectively addressing challenges and ideas.
Efficiently managing project budgets, allocating resources, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Immersing yourself in an industry characterized by rapid progress, ensuring that you're always engaged where significant developments are taking place.
Key qualifications
Communicative leadership: Lead the team effectively through clear and concise communication while fostering collaboration among team members.
Advanced technical product development: Lead projects involving cutting-edge technical solutions and innovations.
Expertise in integrated systems: Demonstrate a understanding of integrated systems and their complexities.
Educational background in relevant fields: Ideally in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or data science.
