What we are looking for
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and manage our exciting technical projects. You will work in close collaboration with our Release Manager, development team, backend team and marketing and support team, reporting to our CTO. You are a tech geek, passionate about mobile technology and even more passionate about Truecaller. You have no desire of working 9-5 in a huge corporation with lengthy processes and lots of bureaucracy. Instead you dream about being part of a successful startup. You want to work hard, being part of shaping a great company, grow with our company growth, learn lots and have fun along the way.

Your responsibilities and goals
• Support Project Manager and Product Owners with other prioritized projects according to business roadmap
• Be responsible for the following:
• Create and follow up on release report templates
• Plan, manage, copy write and publish the Truecaller product integration and flow of development, testing, deployment and support according to specifications and delivery requirements
• Prioritize, stop or redirect development and business activities to ensure that products meet quality standards and performance objectives within defined time and budget
• Continuously and proactively look for new product trends, competitor analysis, consumer preferences and other opportunities or threats to consider
• Act as a facilitator and serve as a liaison between business/marketing and technical requirements to facilitate a smooth and timely delivery of products or updates
• Coordinate disparate source trees, projects, teams and components.
• Identify issues and risks and update and follow up in a risk log accordingly
• Closely cooperate and coordinate with product development and release management team to ensure that marketing activities are up to date with product releases
• Project manage the work of our translators in 32 different languages, coordinating strings translation, time reporting, recruitment and onboarding of these
• Continuously and proactively implement and coach team in agile development and SCRUM methodology as well as other new ways of working
• Act as a facilitator and serve as a liaison between business/marketing and technical requirements to facilitate a smooth and timely delivery of products or updates
• Coordinate disparate source trees, projects, teams and components.
• Identify issues and risks and update and follow up in a risk log accordingly
What we want you to have
A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, System Science and/or a degree from Hyper Island and/or equivalent
5+ years of relevant work experience from Telecommunications / IT / Online gaming & Casino industry
Proven track record from working as Project Manager for a company with mobile development and/or products, with great knowledge of time & task management, change management and agile development
General high level knowledge of every aspect of the software development process, various applicable operating systems and software application or platforms, as well as various business functions and perspectives
Proven experience of agile development (experience of SCRUM methodology is an advantage)
Strong process knowledge of System Development Life Cycles
Demonstrable experience with program languages and program scripts such as SQL, HTML, SQL Server, C++, Visual Basic, Microsoft Active Server Pages
A Swedish work permit

This position is based in Sweden and we need someone to start the work as soon as possible. Therefore you need to already be living or want to live in Stockholm, Sweden, and you need a Swedish work permit. Swedish language skills are not required.
