In this role, you will take the lead in securing successful delivery of Infrastructure and Cyber technology projects at the very heart of the Swedish financial markets. At the core of our ethos is a mindset of continuous improvement, and it is against this background that we are driving an ongoing modernisation and we foresee a number of Infrastructure and Cyber projects coming up in our roadmap to meet our short, medium and long term goals.
Your responsibility:
Working within the PMO group, this role will include the following responsibilities:
Planning, leading and delivering the Infrastructure Roadmap project, consisting of Infrastructure, Cyber and compliance initiatives
Helping to manage the release schedule, ensuring successful and high quality deployments
Working with stakeholders both internal and external, including clients and authorities, to understand market needs and help to shape and execute the roadmap accordingly
Managing project budgets and following up to ensure delivery against business cases
Risk management, document management and change control for projects under your responsibility
Active coaching and mentoring team members
Timely and accurate project reporting and tracking
Playing a leading role in continuously improving our delivery through the optimization of our methodologies, tools and processes
Your profile:
To succeed in this role, we think you most likely have the following attributes:
Be experienced in successfully managing Infrastructure and Cyber projects by time-plan and budget (5+ years' experience would be expected for this role)
Experience from delivering projects focused on capital markets infrastructure and/or complex environments with high uptime demand and several stakeholders, where business and IT / Cyber resilience are vital aspects of the delivery
Relevant academic degree, engineer or system/data scientist is beneficial
Experience from the following technologies: Mainframe, Windows, Message Broker and Cisco Network, Microsoft O365
Experience from managing projects with an outsourcing partner
Experience from delivering regulatory projects
Be constructive and collaborative in your approach to working with and leading teams
Have a track record of delivering projects using Agile, Lean and/or DevOps
Have fluent written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English
Comfortable navigating within a large network of people at various levels in a group organisation.
We offer an exciting position in a global company with a competitive compensation package and flexible work arrangement. We are centrally located in the Waterfront Building, next to the Central station in Stockholm. The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period of six months.
