About the role
As an IT Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our client's strategic ERP migration to the cloud. You will drive a complex transformation initiative and work closely with the internal IT team. The role requires a structured, driven, and solution-oriented individual who can manage tight timelines and lead projects across all organizational levels.
The role includes full responsibility for migrating the Infor LN ERP system to a cloud-based solution. This is a consultancy assignment initially lasting 9 months, with the possibility of an extension

Work tasks
This role focuses on the operational execution of a large-scale ERP cloud migration, requiring a hands-on approach to documentation, validation, and stakeholder alignment.'
Manage technical documentation and training activities for the ERP migration.
Coordinate system validation and verify configurations to ensure operational readiness.
Align sub-projects with the main transformation program to maintain delivery timelines.
Translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable system solutions.
Execute end-user training schedules to facilitate smooth system adoption.
Validate business processes through rigorous testing and implementation activities.
Manage risks associated with a rapid cloud migration and follow up on project plans.
We are looking for
Advanced knowledge of ERP implementations or migrations
Proven experience in technical documentation and end-user training
Advanced stakeholder management skills in complex environments
Good knowledge of business process implementation
Professional fluency in English
It is meritorious if you have
Knowledge of Infor LN or Infor M3
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics
Professional fluency in Swedish
