The Project Leader will have the responsibility for delivering the Hybrid Transmission content for a specific vehicle application project or Advanced Engineering project or sales campaign. The role will ensure that sales- and program activities align with the customer requirements on quality, timing and cost. The Project Leader will lead project work across engineering teams in Sweden and China, and be the project representative in customer interaction and negotiations. The role will also assure that decision points and risks are managed in a way project objectives are achieved.
Your main tasks are:
• Coordinate and lead internal expertise in RFI and RFQ responses.
• Subject matter expert in project execution and technical matters in discussions with commercial and sales teams
• Ensure projects are managed successfully against the development process to budget and timing constraints
• Ensure project issues are managed with agreed solutions between China and Sweden teams
• Represent the project in commercial and technical discussions with the customer.
• Ensure that risks are managed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
• University degree in a related subject or the equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of electric drive systems, including sub-systems such as inverter, e-motor and transmission.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• At least 5 year's experience in project management, ideally in the field of Electric Drive systems
• Solid experience in technical sales of complex, embedded systems
• Intercultural/international experience, ideally including China / Asia exposure

• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, drive and motivate people
• Strong communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical
• Organized
• Strong work ethics
