We currently have the following job opening;
Technical Project Leader
As a Technical Project Leader, you will be part of the R&D architectures PMO team, responsible for the technical part of the platform programs/projects. This team is leading the cross functional development of New car-, Mid cycle enhancement- and Model year changes of platform projects.
As Technical project leader, you are responsible for Driving & leading complete vehicle projects, Leading concept selection activities and balance technical solution to meet cross functional requirements. You are also responsible for securing project budget/Timing/Requirements and regulations are met.
Profile and Background
We are looking for you that have extensive experience of platform development or similar
within automotive industry. You should have documented leadership capabilities and have had previous experience as a project leader of complex projects. You are good at building and inspiring teams and have the ability to create a positive team spirit. Cultural awareness, specifically between Europe and Asia is also important factors to be successful. You are a clear and efficient communicator and easy to approach and talk to. In addition, you have the ability to lead, take decisions and solve problems in a growing organisation and a changing environment. You possess a persistency to pursue targets and take decisions to meet overall project requirements.
Suitable theoretical background is master of science within mechanical engineering or similar.
