Your mission
Volvo Cars' main ERP system is SAP ECC, with around 16 000 unique logins every month. This system has been around for the past 15 years and is heavily integrated to many surrounding systems. While we in a few selected areas have started to work with SAP S4 solutions, we have now decided to kick off a program to fully move the company to S4 and decommission ECC. We need you to take lead in this!
Your task is to lead work to agree on an approach for how to set up S4 across the group, detail a plan for how to get there and then implement S4 and decommission ECC. As part of this, you align with the ongoing S4 initiatives as well as other impacting programs and make sure we all run in the same direction with a long-term vision and roadmap.
This is a role that cover multiple geographic markets; hence you have a global perspective and understand differences in values and cultural environments. As a leader you foster innovation, create and build a high performing team managing multiple stakeholders. You will also:
• Create a long-term system and integration strategy for what is currently in ECC together with relevant product areas
• Identify and map dependencies, risks and resource needs
• Through POCs and workshops decide on the right approach
Who you are
You have a minimum of 8 years' experience in relevant roles with the ability to create clarity, show courage, empower teams with a proven successful track record. You have:
• Professional experience from working with digital transformation in complex environments
• Extensive SAP competence
• Worked in a global business with several markets
• Outstanding ability to run challenging programs and think creatively and strategically
• High ambitions that find an entrepreneurial company mindset motivating
• At least a BSc degree in Data Science, Computer Science or similar
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
