An exciting opportunity has arisen as Technical Project Lead in our Propeller Systems organization. We are seeking for an engineer with interested in technical challenges and with goal-focus and commitment taking responsibility for leading the technical parts of our projects.
You will be a part of a competent and positive team working with customization of propeller systems in new sales projects. The team are handling everything from development and interface adaptions, to detailed manufacturing drawings and customer relations.
As Technical Project Lead you will have the overall technical responsibility for the delivery of propeller projects and be our representative in technical matters. You have a close dialogue with our customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. This to maintain our high standard of delivery and make sure our products will meet our customers unique and specific needs. You work side by side with our Project Managers, who has the commercial responsibility, and in close collaboration with colleagues from different divisions. In this position, you should find it motivating to have many projects and contacts ongoing in parallel. Some travelling to customers and suppliers worldwide may also be required.

Qualifications and experience
To succeed in this position, you should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering. Experience from leading projects and/or working as design engineer is meritorious. In our global organization high level of English, both written and spoken, is important.
Teamwork is key to succeed, we highly appreciate your ability to co-operate well with others, build relationships, share knowledge, experience, information and support others in the pursuit of team goals. The ability to act on own initiative and with a goal-focused mindset deliver support to our projects is highly valued.
