In your role you will coordinate the work early on in projects/initiatives and help drive them forward, always with a complete vehicle view. You will gather both competent people within the global layout community as well as experts and system/vehicle architects in the rest of the organisation.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a technical background that can understand and brake down difficult challenges into manageable tasks for the team. Someone who can help finding solutions and motivates others to deliver excellent results. You enjoy working in a dynamic world where agile and conventional development methods co-exist. We believe that you have excellent communication skills and that you can lead a team through an complex environment, guiding the way to find the best balancing between different properties and demands.
As a person you are engaged, curious and well-structured. With your eminent communication skills, you can easily interact with different persons in various positions within the company. You will communicate project status and the effect of the overall product portfolio.
You need to be comfortable with presenting results to higher management as well as facilitating larger workshops/group activities in English (written and orally).
