You will get a great start of your career by being a part of our passionate Process and Manufacturing Engineering Organization mainly based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up one of the first large scale European battery factories in Europe.
About the job
You will work closely to Director of Process and Manufacturing Engineering and his management team and supporting the day to day challenges. You will bring value to the team by supporting with structure, planning and task force management.
About the team
The Process and Manufacturing Engineering Organization consists of 8 Engineering teams working with implementation of automated battery process and material handling equipment in our first Giga-Facotry named ETT. The teams are based both in Stockholm and Skellefteå, with the main focus of Skellefteå deliverables.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Driving critical tasks in the day to day work
Supporting the Director and his management team with priorities, structure and planning
Organizing, attending, and participating in daily and weekly stakeholder meetings
Providing administrative support as needed

We believe that you have :
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Industrial manufacturing engineering or similar
Excellent English written and oral skills
Huge flexibility and a personality of going all needed extra miles you can imagine just to achieve the target
Bonus points for:
Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
Fluency in other languages (Swedish, Chinese, German)
Experience from a multi-cultural environment
