Who you are
Who are you?To ensure delivery with high quality in our customer projects, we are now looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to our team in Food and Water Division in our Nordic sales company.
About the jobYou will be
The technical contact point for customer in the execution phase of our projects
Visiting customers for project meetings and planning commissioning work
Executing orders - from smaller rentals of test equipment, standard equipment, to large projects.
Part of project meetings and have monthly planning meetings with our commissioning manager
Project manager in specific decanter and high-speed orders from contract signing to signed take over certificate.
Ensuring certificates on all deliver orders
Ensuring technical coordination and briefing to Services
A technical claim solver and support our field sales technically
What you knowYou have a technical background and knowledge of decanters and/or high-speed centrifuges. You have experience of project management and good IT knowledge. Experience from order handling is an advantage.
You are structured, service minded but still work with high quality. You have good communication skills. You can express yourself verbally and in written in English and Swedish and/or Finish.
Practicalities You will be based in our offices in either Sweden or Finland. You will report to the Market Area Manager, Separation & System. Expected travelling days around 30 days/year.
