As Technical Programme Manager (TPM) ADS you work on the center stage of the company and are responsible for driving the execution of parts of our autonomous vehicle programs, being responsible for the delivery of the autonomous driving systems for each vehicle generation, consisting of software stack, compute platform as well as sensor set as one product offering. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the business within a medium and long-term timeline. You'll be joining a top talent team of highly ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big and aim big.
What you'll do:
Be the main point of contact for the autonomous driving system delivery for all stakeholders involved in the program such as software, hardware, systems engineering, vehicle testing etc.
Own, plan, and prioritize the ADS program timeline synced with the autonomous vehicle program manager as well as autonomous driving stack software release manager
Actively bring structure to ambiguity within the program and address project/program roadblocks proactively to ensure on time delivery
Regularly report to the top management team about program status
Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including tech, product, design, operations, production and aftermarket
What we're looking for:
At least 5 years project-/program management experience within automotive, aerospace or similar industries (software- and hardware co-development)
Proven production experience ideally with full project lifecycle from start to finish, including technical, business, financial, product and legal aspects
Deep technical understanding of software-hardware co-development on system or vehicle level
Used to collaborate with software- and hardware engineers, designers, suppliers, members of C-suite and partners
Comfortable balancing multiple concurrent projects in an agile, fast paced and international environment
Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive and solution focused
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must, Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement
Experience working in a fast-paced agile scale-up organization.
Experience with low volume production such as special vehicle projects
Experience within AD/ADAS and e-mobility is a plus
Experience with JIRA
