The department Technical Support Articulated Haulers is looking for a Technical Product Specialist
Department Technical Support consists of 6 people responsible for providing technical support and to make sure that the Articulated Hauler fulfils customer expectations with respect to product quality and availability.
The job primarily involves daily contact with Regions and Dealers to provide Technical support on Articulated Haulers.
You will also play an active role in the Quality Process and participate in product maintenance teams. Another part of the job is participation in Projects to assure that Aftermarket needs will be fulfilled. You also participate in the development of technical service literature linked to the quality work.
The job involves occasional travel both domestically and internationally, sometimes with short notice.
The position does not include subordinate staff.

Desired Qualification
Minimum B.Sc. in Engineering or similar competence gained from practical experience.
You have knowledge from construction equipment industry and preferably practical experience with heavy vehicles. Skills in hydraulics and electrohydraulic are essential for this position. Complete vehicle competence is preferred. It is important to be service minded, structured and focused on execution. As the position includes extensive networking both internally and externally, easy communication with people on different levels is required. Due to international contacts, fluent English, both verbally and in writing is a must. Swedish is preferred, either native or as second language. Additional languages are an added merit.
You as a person cooperate easily with other persons but also enjoy working individually.
