Delivering high quality products at the right cost and in time is an integral part of our customer offer. As our technical product specialist your main tasks will be to work as a bridge between Product Development, Sourcing & Logistics, Manufacturing, and external suppliers around the world. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the data within the ERP system is consistent with the product design during the during products lifetime.
The position includes various tasks such as:
• Processing of change orders (ECO)
• Preparing bill off materials (BOM)
• Writing packing instructions
• Prepare and/or revise production documents
• Create spare part list and maintenance manuals
• Create product & box labels
• Spare part definition
• Product customisation
• ERP data maintenance
The successful applicant
We are looking for a driven person with a genuine interest in technology. Specifically, you will have good assembly knowledge, technical skills in electronics and mechanics, supported by 2-5 years' experience in working hands on with technical products. Educational background can vary from technical high-school diploma (gymnasium) to some kind of practical training like KY/YH.
You will have excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently to deliver with a high service level. You are familiar in working with technical documentation and you have strong knowledge of English.
