Job Summary
Would you like join the TPO team in Materials and Package and together drive the performance and development of Material & Package forward from today to end of life?
In the Technical Product Owner role you will work together with supportive colleagues in a group focusing on Materials and Package. Throughout the life cycle of the product, you will interface and collaborate with several internal functions and external parties including customers.
This is a permanent position based in Lund and may require 20-40 days of travelling per year.
What you will do
Own total specification and lifecycle management for assigned specifications
Lead the specification community for your assigned specification across programmes
Responsible for feasibility and impact analysis together with the SSOs for my assigned specification
Accountable for technical decision making for the assigned specification
We believe you have
Strong technical competence and proven experience in Tetra Pak Package, Packaging material
Strong leadership skills
Experience with digital printing of packaging material is preferred
Experience in specification, requirement and configuration management is preferred
Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Physics engineering
Fluency in English, written and spoken
For this position you need to be a strong informal leader, able to influence and engage
You enjoy collaboration and communicate well, have an open mindset, and possesses both the ability to listen and easily talk and collaborate with stakeholders across geographies and organisational boundaries
You have no problem taking decisions even when it can be challenging.
