Automation & Digital in Tetra Pak's Development & Engineering organization is responsible for developing products and service enablers with transformational automation and digital technologies.
In the role as Technical Product Owner you will hold several end to end responsibility for the A&D System Integration department. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both the business offering as well as the technology and Product development.
There are 2 open positions and they can be based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy.
What you will do
As A&D Technical Product Owner, you will:
Be accountable for the technical product roadmap for your assigned A&D products ensuring their consistent evolution towards a solution portfolio-based model, leading Industry technology trends/standards and competitive offering analysis
In close collaboration with the Business Owner, and Program Management define the products/components and related technical product roadmap, and drive the product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
Define the technical key success features for the A&D assigned products and drive the functional decomposition analysis for the relevant product or component portfolio
In close collaboration system architects and other company functions, contribute to the definition of architecture, interfaces and integration. Drive products technical documentation including release notes, configuration management and related activities for product evolution during entire lifecycle
Develop and maintain Digital and Automation products and components, part of standard solutions in line with business needs and Tetra Pak innovation strategy
Collect and care for internal stakeholder requirements as well customer & consumer requirements. Define Epic and features together with acceptance criteria for assigned products and components
Drive the consolidation of technical product roadmaps and contribute to strategic technical roadmaps
Participating to Governance Board to ensure consistency and connection between products being presented/discussed to the Program Technical Roadmap and the relevant Strategical Technical Roadmaps
Highlighting gaps in the technical product roadmap requiring TKH studies and technology scouting, and making the connection between them interfacing with other company functions
We believe you have
At least 5-7 years' experience with SW development and software products, with a context of Automation & digital development in an industrial environment, with a focus on product definition, development, lifecycle & optimization
Knowledge of Business processes and understanding of customer needs and journeys for the respective domain (i.e. Equipment, Production Operations, Quality, Performance, etc)
Proven ability to lead the technical evolution of the respective product/component (technical product management), ensuring their development fulfils the identified technical key success features
Proven Leadership skills in a multinational technical environment
Experience working with modern SW application development, IoT, Plant automation Processing/Packaging, Industry 4.0 systems and AGILE methodology for software products
Experience in developing SW platforms for SaaS business will be considered a plus
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, DevOps and IT/OT principles and standards
Experience in food and beverage industry
Fluency in English, verbal and written is a must
Master's Degree in Engineering fields or Computer Science
