Your Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our globally distributed but close-knit team in creating, delivering, and maintaining our industry-recognized software-based Human Perception AI solutions and platform.
In the Interim, this position will be reporting to the VP of Data Management. As a Technical Product Owner, you can expect to be actively working on Smart Eye data pipelines and data platform in direct support of our Data Acquisition, Data Annotation and Machine Learning / Deep Learning Science Organizations who will be your main internal clients. This will involve deep knowledge about building efficient Machine Learning Platforms infrastructure and data pipelining, transformation and transitioning of data to serve each team's needs. Efficiency, quality, and automation are paramount to keep the data flowing to those who depend on it.

Qualification Requirement s:
- B.Sc./B.A. in relevant degree or equivalent experience

2+ years in managing, consulting on and deploying big data platforms from a customer perspective

Technical knowledge of big data techniques including their trade-offs
- Understand what is possible today vs. what requires additional investment and help to steer our customers to the right solutions based on the timeliness of their needs.
- Track-record of effective software technical project management
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum development process
Nice to have:
- Experience with projects having a machine learning component
- Comfortable working on early-stage projects in an environment with ambiguity and change
