Who Are We? - This is us, your new colleagues
Parts & Service Engineering is responsible for the setup, management, and visualization of Volvo CE's spare parts range. We are responsible for supporting all Volvo CE products worldwide, defining the master data for all spare parts. We are also responsible for supporting commercial spare part offers from a technical perspective. We also own and manage the development of instructions and descriptions for operating, as well as maintenance and repair for the aftermarket.
What We Offer?
As a Technical Product Owner, you will actively lead development and implementation of new technical concepts and solutions based on the commercial needs as identified by our sales organization.
You will identify/drive opportunities together with cross functional stakeholders to increase sales volumes and operating margin.
As a Technical Product Owner, you will define and drive requirements from aftermarket in projects, as well as initiate and drive your own projects for technical aftermarket solutions.
You will lead prioritization and coordination of parts product portfolio backlog.
You are to realize business opportunities, represent the function in commercial forum and lead cross-functional project meetings and cross-functional decisions.
As a Technical Product Owner, you are to contribute to the development of spare parts strategy across the company.
Who are you?
We believe that you have very good communication skills and a willingness to establish relationships and efficient collaboration with our stakeholders. You are results-oriented and supportive with an ability to realize strategy, move process forward and achieve results. You can work independently but are very collaborative and able to work in a geographically and organizationally separated teams.
Preferably you have relevant product knowledge, experience from managing projects, as well as commercial skills. You have good knowledge of aftermarket processes, interface and systems as well as the end-user needs. More importantly, you are inspired to take on the challenges of this new position, establishing ownership and process while also taking full advantage of the business opportunities.
You speak fluent English, other languages are qualifying.
