It's an exciting time to join Nordic Semiconductor as we continue our rapid growth while perusing high ambitions with enthusiastic colleagues worldwide. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can translate customer and market needs into product requirements and work closely with the rest of Nordics organization to make these products happen and be profitable. The role as Technical Product Manager offers an interesting opportunity to influence and create value from day one. You will work together with the rest of the product management team to ensure Nordics success in the Wi-Fi market.
Key responsibilities
Work closely with R&D during the design phase, acting as the voice of the Nordic customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like design engineering, applications, software and product test engineering to ensure successful products
Work with lead customers across the world to understand their roadmap and future needs
Together with the rest of the Product Management team to identify new product ideas to fuel the product roadmap.
Work with Nordic sales and business development teams with design-in activities at key customers.
Provide training material and conduct training to the Nordic sales organization
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronics or similar
In-depth knowledge about Wi-Fi technology and the Wi-Fi market
Previous experience with embedded development and wireless MCUs
Proven experience in bringing successful products to the market
Knowledge of other short-range wireless technologies and markets, such as Bluetooth LE, Thread, Zigbee.
Good presentation and communication skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
