Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking to expand our team leading the M365 products with a Technical Product Manager dedicated to the security components of Microsoft 365 and especially Microsoft information protection. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous establishment and governance of the security components in the platform.

About Productivity& Collaboration Team
It may sound incredible, but in a single day at Ericsson: 10 million emails are received, 1 million emails are sent, 3 million chat messages are sent, and 2,8 TB data is saved to OneDrive. We are the team that makes this happen. We are the team that runs the M365 at Ericsson, navigates what capabilities should be released when and make sure that they live up to our high compliance standards. Our team utilizes an agile working method were we jointly review what we need to do, log it and ensure traceability of everything we do. You will be a key part of our agile M365 board to take decision on how we craft our future together on the quest to improve the experience for our end-users.

You will
Participate as a critical contributor and Subject Matter Authority to key projects and initiatives associated with M365 security components and related workloads in the M365 suite of applications.
Act as a mentor, coach, and support to colleagues by sharing technical expertise related to the Microsoft Power platform, as well as to surrounding applications/solutions from other vendors.
Assist with solving problems, sophisticated technical issues experienced by internal and external customers.
Perform application maintenance, e.g., system parameters & configurations, user permissions, etc.
Perform integration architecture and infrastructure design activities.
Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development.
Safeguard the product design, integrations, and architecture.


To be successful in the role you have
Min years of experience: 8 years + IT experience.
Demonstrated ability: minimum 5 years + working with Microsoft 365 collaboration and security services.
IT processes, tools & infrastructure and you are curious to learn more.
Experience working in the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center primarily with Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, Information Governance and eDiscovery administration.
Security enthusiast demeanor and the drive to develop your abilities.
Think about users and how to bring them the best possible experience.
A teammate, who is curious about everything tech related and is happy to share knowledge with the rest of the team.
A self-starter approach and confidence to get things done as well as the ability to effectively collaborate.
Adaptable to ever-changing work environment.
You can get your message across in concise and constructive way through presentations or reports.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
You approach your work with a smile and a sense of humor.
