THE POSITION
As Technical Product Manager, you will have a key function in managing existing portfolio but also driving development and continuous improvements of new products together with our product developers. You will also be a key person in developing support channels for general product knowledge worldwide.
As Technical Product Manager your role will be:
• Technical Management of existing Compact product portfolio as well as technical support/advisor to our customer service teams, TACS
• Involvement in marketing activities, leading internal educations
• Actively participate in the development of the coming Compact 2.0 series where you can make a footprint.
The position belongs to Product Development and Engineering Department, PD&E.
Within PD&E, there are several Engineering disciplines gathered and hence we benefit from a lot of cross-functional knowledge sharing, i.e, besides Technical Product Managers, there is a Material Engineering group that develops new sealing materials in our recently new build material laboratory, and the third group is our R&D engineers.
QUALIFICATIONS
We believe that you have M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in either Electrical/Electronic-, or Mechanical Engineering with some years of technical work experience in the field of EMC in design, testing and practice. As a person, you are comfortable in being both the specialist that goes very deep into subjects, as well as the generalist, that likes to be the internal ambassador and lecturer about your products.
We pay great attention to your personal features and to your broad technical experience.
You must manage spoken as well as written English.
The post of employment is at the headquarters in Karlskrona and business travel is included in the role.
