Job Summary
We are recruiting a Technical Product Manager to join our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Components Team.
This team owns and develops the global product portfolios of OEM components. These components are identified and purchased based on internal needs and external insights and capabilities, and support all three businesses: Packaging, Processing and Services. The portfolios include pumps, valves, electrical components, pneumatics, motors, drives and more.
In this role, you will own and develop the portfolios within Pneumatics and Tank components.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
You will be part of a technically skilled team focused on creating, managing, supporting, deploying and developing a competitive global standard portfolio of OEM components. Through close stakeholder collaboration, the team continuously improves the OEM portfolios to strengthen competitiveness, support business strategies, and comply with Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements. You will work closely with suppliers and with internal stakeholders.
The team is also on a journey to enhance value creation. Today, a significant share of the work involves material administration. Together with the rest of the team, you will explore and drive improvements that increase efficiency and create more time for value-adding work.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will:
Manage and continuously improve your portfolio throughout its lifecycle, both strategically and operationally
Set and execute strategic and operational targets for the portfolio based on overall goals
Create and implement portfolio strategy in close collaboration with Supplier Management and other key stakeholders
Drive product deployment and standardisation
Support internal stakeholders with technical expertise
Lead technical dialogue with suppliers, for example on specifications
Stay informed about short- and long-term internal needs, as well as external trends relevant to your portfolio
Create and deliver internal product training
Own product documentation and ensure it is accurate and maintained
Ensure component information is easily accessible and communicated in a structured way to relevant stakeholders
Ensure components comply with legal requirements and Tetra Pak standards
Together with Supplier Management, drive supplier actions to improve quality where needed
We believe you have
To be successful in this role be believe that you have:
University degree or equivalent in engineering or similar work experience
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Technical knowledge in Pneumatics and/or Tank components is an advantage
Strategy driven, technically knowledgeable and aware of the details
Experience in Product management
Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English language knowledge
Experience in data & analytics for Product management is preferred
Experience and comfortable driving and being part of transformation
