What you will be doing
You will identify and build great fintech solutions that customers really need and be responsible for your own projects and lead a product team of designers and engineers. As if that wasn't enough you tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• Solving financial backend challenges by leading our product teams
• Making sure that your team have what they need to create and improve the technology infrastructure
• Own the product roadmap and technical strategy and help define it together with your team and stakeholders.
Who you are
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be able to make the complex understandable. Your role will deal with some of the most intricate aspects of our product portfolio and creating understanding across functions and domains is paramount in order to achieve a great result. You will probably have worked in a similar role before joining us, and while experience from Fintech is not a requirement, dealing with complex backend solutions is.
Moreover we would like to see evidence of the following in your background:
• 1-3 years of experience from leading a product team of designers and engineers in a product technology environment
• Technical experience in managing financial backend or from a product perspective or as software engineer
• Education or experience that has a strong business, commercial and technology focus with a track record showcasing your impact in previous roles.
• Knowledge of product methodologies, user research and product road-mapping.
