Are you interested in bringing new products to a global market and to work in and lead a strong team characterised by high technical knowledge?
As Technical Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with world-leading products within Separation. Tetra Pak is entering an expansive phase with intensified R&D activities and you will be a key player in Centrifugal Separation product development leading the technical team. You will work in an international atmosphere where you have plenty of contacts with colleagues all over the world. Tetra Pak works with the biggest clients within the food processing industry.
You are reporting to the Manager Separators and you should expect to travel maximum 15% of your time.
Main responsibilities
• Lead a team of highly skilled people
• Manage product creation and product life cycle activities
• Cooperate with relevant internal and external stakeholders in Quality, Supply Chain and Production-related issues
• Support product development projects with resources
• Analyse and follow up on KPIs
• Continuous improvement of product performance/quality and Masterdata
• Issue resolution and claims handling
Qualifications
As a person you are self-driven and you possess excellent leadership skills. This means you have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate people to walk the extra mile, in order to reach goals. You are strong enough to say no when needed. Furthermore, you are analytical and methodical and you are standing with both feet on the ground.
We believe you have a university degree within engineering, together with at least 10 years work experience from a similar position. You need a technical understanding and you are familiar with the product development processes and tools. Experience from working in a LEAN or WCM environment is seen as a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
