hela Sverige As a member of the KRY RnD team, you will be responsible for our Platform team. You will lead a team of senior engineers and help them deliver on the platform team's vision/mission:
The KRY architecture makes it easy to write scalable and stable software. Deploying code to production is quick, easy and can be done with confidence. We have very few incidents and recover quickly when we do.
We provide tools, guidelines and hands-on help to R&D teams in order to allow them to innovate, iterate quickly, prevent and recover from incidents, and scale."
You are expected to gain a deep understanding of our tech stack as well as our RnD teams strengths and weaknesses in order to prioritize work and make informed decisions.
What you 'll bring to the team:
• Minimum 4 years experience in the domain, or product management, preferably both.
• Hands-on technical experience within infrastructure
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak fluently to engineers, designers, business people, and healthcare professionals.
• A team player.
