Challenge: Why do we need a Technical Product Lead now?
We started off as a research team exploring the realms of virtual interaction and control. As we progressed, business and commercialization teammates joined in making us a startup team hunting for clients, opportunities and growth. Now that we have the solid research and strong customer interest, it is time to build and transform us into a product focused team. That's why we're looking for a technical product lead who can:
Design and package the product towards scalable distribution.
Assemble and lead a team that takes responsibility of productifying the software and assuring its quality.
Implement a complete and highly automated software deployment pipeline, including architectures towards both Gleechi teams and end customers.
The biggest challenge is that we are developing a completely new technology in a completely new application area - Virtual Reality. The true potential of our technology and market demand can only be realized by a strong team, and in particular the experience and leadership of the product lead we're looking for.
We believe you have:
Solid background in software engineering with previous experience as a developer.
Experience in setting up software delivery pipelines.
Experience with internal product management and process automation.
Experience with leading product team and project management.
Participation in strategic product decision making.
