As Technical Product Engineer - Assistant TPM, you will join our Technical Product Management team within the Product Development & Engineering department (PD&E). The team, today consisting of 5 persons, is responsible for the technical performance of the standard products developed and manufactured by Roxtec as well as for related education and administration. The team works closely together with the Development team which also belongs to PD&E.
As Technical Product Engineer - Assistant TPM, your role will include:
Active work for and together with one of our four TPMs, Technical Product Mangers, in various technical tasks related to our products.
Administration of product data in our PLM system, Team Center and Inventor.
Various technical work within PD&E.
The position belongs to the Product Development and Engineering department, PD&E, and you will report directly to the PD&E Manager.
Within PD&E, several engineering disciplines are gathered; material development, innovation, product development, test method development and technical product management, so we benefit a lot from cross-functional knowledge.
For us, it is as important to understand why things work, as when they do not.
QUALIFICATIONS
We believe that you have relevant work experience or a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and experience from 3D CAD.
We pay great attention to your personality and your ability to work in a team as well as independently.
You must manage spoken as well as written English.
The post of employment is at the headquarters in Karlskrona, Sweden, and business travel is included in the role.
