As the Technical Product Area Lead for the Platform Product Area you will be responsible for building up the organisation, ensuring happy productive teams and make sure that we deliver on our ambitions. As the product area supports the rest of R&D you will also be responsible for the technical health of the system and our sustained delivery ability across the whole KRY/LIVI platform.
What you will do:
• Manage and coach Engineers and Engineering Managers across several physical locations.
• Work with scaling the team, attracting and recruiting new Engineers and Engineering Managers.
• Make sure that we balance long and short term needs to maintain quality and speed of execution in the future.
• Manage stakeholder communication.
Who are you:
• Solid experience in leading large technical organisations, providing technology services for internal R&D teams
• Great leadership skills, including experience in managing Engineering Managers
• Experience working in a fast-growing, global tech company
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate well across R&D
