Unit4 is looking for a creative, passionate and compelling technical sales professional to join the sales/presales team. This is your chance to represent and sell the next generation of people centric business applications for the services industry. Through interactive presales discoveries, you will analyze an organization's needs and demonstrate how Unit4's applications can address the customer?s technical requirements and solve their strategic business concerns. The Technical Presales Consultant, will be a member of the Nordic presales team and report to the Nordic Director of Presales. The candidate?s key accountability is to engage directly in strategic deals and support key opportunities in the Nordic region.

What you will do:
• Articulate Unit4s technical solutions accurately in response to RFIs/RFPs etc.
• Articulate and describing the technical architecture of the Unit4 solution(s).
• Articulate the value and expanding adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS) to different audiences.
• Highlighting the advantages of the Unit4 architecture compared to other ERP/business applications.
• Understanding and communicating the Security, Privacy, Performance and Support aspects of the Unit4 SaaS offering.
• Articulate sizing of technical infrastructure in case on on premise deployments.

Your approach:
You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to both business and technical audiences. You have the ability to influence and coach team members and enable them to become successful on their own.

Requirements:
Candidates interested in joining Unit4 as a Technical Presales Consultant must exhibit a strong combination of technical skills, industry experience and great 'stage presence'.

Articulating and differentiating Unit4s technical foundation and delivery model requires:
• 3+ years of software presales experience (documented)
• A strong technical knowledge including, but not limited to:
o Software as a Service work experience and/or knowledge of the delivery model and associated characteristics
o Enterprise SaaS applications (PaaS/IaaS experience from platforms like Azure, AWS etc. is a plus),
o ERP technology background in .NET, Java or other toolset,
o Programming skills/understanding
o Integration design pattern knowledge from flat files to API?s/Web services
o Comprehensive security understanding covering encryption technologies, network architectures, communications security, LDAP, SAML (single sign-on) and application level access methods
o Experience with security and compliance teams is a plus
• Great presentation skills!
• Must be able to interact comfortably with line level IT staff as well as CxOs, viewed as a trusted advisor by all levels of the IT organization
• Experience with reporting and business information solutions.
