hela Sverige Join the team as a Technical Onsite Support specialist for an exciting assignment with our client in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to provide essential IT support services to ensure the seamless operation of manufacturing equipment and systems.
As a Technical Onsite Support specialist, you will be a vital part of Manufacturing IT, working on-site primarily in Huskvarna with occasional work in Brastad. Your main responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining equipment such as PCs, scanners, and printers. You will actively contribute to the development of Manufacturing IT support within the Husqvarna Brand Division, making a significant impact on the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site IT support in manufacturing facilities.
Configure and maintain factory equipment, including scanners, printers, and PCs.
Initiate, drive, and perform root cause analysis of manufacturing issues.
Collaborate with a project team, plan activities, manage time and tasks, and report task completion.
Handle solutions using OT (device communication and diagnostics).
Communicate with machines, including PLC and other devices.
Adapt to a dynamic and unpredictable work environment.
Be a self-motivated and self-managed contributor.
Possess a valid driving license.
Required Skills:
Experience and competence in client management, Active Directory, Office365, and Windows Server.
Proficiency in managing networks and network components, both cable and wireless.
Knowledge of data cabling and computer facilities maintenance.
