Product Sales Support - Network Management, Business Unit Cloud and IT, Product Area Digital Business Systems

Description

We are strengthening the Product Sales Support of Network Management products at PA DBS and look for professionals with capabilities to support and position our portfolio towards Regions and customers.

The Product Sales Support unit within the PA, supports the Key Accounts and PA DBS portfolio experts in the regions to sell the Network Management portfolio. We also work closely with BICP Business management and PL Network Management. We focus on key opportunities/customers by adding value in the sales process through our Technical Sales capabilities and overall understanding of the OSS portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for the Network Management portfolio
Conduct technical and value argumentation presentations to regions and customers
Support and guide the regions in developing customer centric offerings
Maintain good relations and work closely with ITC domain professionals and KAM teams in the Region.
Be instrumental in getting priority for Market requirements / functionality that is critical to secure key business opportunities in the Regions
Drive knowledge transfer to Bid office and Regions to improve their ability to prepare competitive offers and sell NM portfolio

Qualifications

Academic degree, MSc or equivalent through experience
It is of particular importance that you can combine business ideas with technical competence and quickly shift between the two views. You must be skilled in understanding the customer's needs and breaking down the strategy to solutions.
Solid technical background within Network Management area and overall OSS architecture
Extensive experience in customer facing role.
Strong commercial acumen including profound ability in analyzing and translating customer needs into concrete customer offerings.
Willing and available to travel when necessary.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to influence and guide the pre-sales professionals working with NM portfolio in the Regions.
Ability to understand, quickly adapt and act upon new information.
Your attitude is very important. You must be self-motivated to drive the tasks to achieve tangible results.
