The shoes are designed and developed in our unique prototype workshop at our head quarters in Varberg, Sweden, then produced in Asia. The shoes are distributed in more than 30 markets worldwide and the annual turnover is about SEK 400 million.
With position at our headquarter in Varberg, Sweden, we are now looking for a:
Technical modelist
In Vagabond you will work together with designers, modelists and prototype makers. Together we develop two main collections and four smaller collections every year.
The main task is to make the constructions and the technical package, pattern making and also follow up sample making.
We work with many different constructions and it is necessary to be flexible working with both lady and men shoes.
We think you are an educated and experienced shoe modelist, Experience from sample making and shoe production is of high importance.
Prototypes are made in our workshop in Varberg, but production and salesmen samples are mainly made in Asia so travelling to both Vietnam and China comes together with this employment.
The employment is limited in time (2 years) and we would like you to start as soon as possible.
