hela Sverige Crew Chart Ship Management are responsible for the technical management, crewing and new building inspection of tankers controlled by the company's principal owners STOC Tankers AB and SRAB Shipping AB. The company is expanding rapidly and presently employs around eight shore based staff and some 120 seafarers on seven modern tankers. The head office has recently been relocated to Göteborg and through the principal owners expansion plans the company is expected to continue to grow significantly in the coming years.

Your tasks will be:
Responsibility for technical operation and maintenance of the Fleet. (seven tankers at present)
Organizing and optimizing the company's resources for maintenance, repairs and dry dockings.
Responsibility for systematically coordinating, planning and maintaining the fleet's classification, flag state requirements and when necessary Insurance matters.
Responsibility for purchasing, orders and contracting for the technical department.
Responsibility for developing, implementing and monitoring the Planned Maintenance System.
Responsibility for maintaining company policies regarding environment.
The position also requires:
Capability and engagement in maintaining and developing the company's policies and procedures according to the ISM code.
To be continuously up-to-date and familiar with legislation and developments in the industry.
To be part of the company Emergency Response Team.
To alternate as Duty Officer.
You must be completely fluent in English and capable of expressing your self well in both speech and writing. You must also be a skilled organizer, able to structure, prioritize, and delegate work comfortably. Technical competence is a must, but equally important are the organizational skills. Crew Chart is a small company with less than ten shore-based employee. Cooperation and flexibility between all departments is a must. The position is directly subordinate to the Fleet Manager, Anders Boman.
