Your future challenge
You will be technical responsible for the oxygen- and the auxilliary power system. You will also work with system engineering in other areas such as the Environmental Control System.
Todays demands
You may hold a Master of science, Bachelor degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or aerospace technology focusing on mechanics. You should have good skills in oral and written presentations in both the Swedish and the English language. The work requires that you have good collaboration capabilities and flexibility.
Place of action
Aeronautics, a business area of Saab, offers advanced airborne systems, related subsystems, unmanned aerial systems, aerostructures and services to defence customers and commercial aerospace industries worldwide. Aeronautics is also responsible for development, production, marketing, selling and supporting of the Gripen fighter.
You will be a member of the civil aircraft 340/2000 team. The team consists of 7 colleagues responsible for other systems/technique areas in the 340/2000 programme. You will work cross diciplinar and also together with sub contractors.
We work in a matrix organisation where your team is in the 340/2000 programme and your line position is in the Research and Development department and under the Vehicle Systems Area. We are 20 collegues in the section where you will be employeed.
