Westermo is now looking for a Technical Manager for Global Training and Services, as we are developing our service offering to our customers. In the role, you will develop the global training and service offer by establishing and building framework of the Westermo training academy, train the trainer program and technical services for the head office, global sales units and international distributors.
Responsibilities
• Build and support global instructor network
• Determine training and services requirements with sales units and internal departments
• Manage train the trainer programs for internal training
• Be involved in driving global development of training and services
• Designing and maintaining training material for Westermo Academy
• Act as central figure for sales units and internal departments
• Liaise, develop and contribute to content marketing with technical expertise and knowledge
This role is placed at Westermo HQ in Västerås, but may require travel.
Wo are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of data communication, preferably with a background in technical- and field support. You need to have a strong technical background, proven pedagogical skills and be a great team player.
Requirements:
• MSc in Applied Computing or similar
• Technical knowledge in data communication products
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Technical Support
• Fluent in English
• Great communication skills in all forms
• Engaging personality
