In order to further strengthen the Line Engineering 8 & 19 organization we are now looking for Technical Manager Cardboard & Straw. In this role you will get access to a large internal network and meet people from other parts of the world. You will get the opportunity to develop Cardboard & Straws machine systems for future needs and be an important player in the Product Life Cycle and product development process.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Technical ownership of the assigned sub-system, Cardboard & Straw.
• Manage assigned Product Life Cycle activities and/or deliverables for Product Development projects and secure completion with quality on time for requirements according to the relevant processes.
• Tutor-ship and sharing knowledge with team members, lead resources and prioritize activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Drive activities together with other departments to secure achievement of time, quality and cost target related to our products/activities.
• Technical governance and reviews quality of assigned deliverables.
As Technical Manager in Carton Value Equipment Lines, Line Engineering 8&19, you will join a dynamic team that works with both product maintenance activities and development projects from start to finish.
You will be working in close cooperation with department members, various stakeholders and suppliers as well as being a part of a team of technical managers (TMM). TMM is responsible for drive technical standardization within LE8&19, governance our technical solutions and drive a holistic view on several others responsibilities cross our organization.
Publiceringsdatum2011-07-05KvalifikationerWe believe you have a university degree, within engineering. To be able to succeed in this position we believe that you have experience from mechanical design and project management. But more important is leader experience from D&E activities preferably in a similar position.
You have a strong personal drive and co-operate well with others in a diplomatic but firm manner. Since you will meet many people in this role you have excellent people and communication skills and the task of leading & motivating others comes easy to you. You are analytical, structured and a team player and you hold a clear business awareness as well as customer orientation. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
