We are looking for a Technical Manager. You will be a part of the department's management team and actively participate in strategic decisions. You will be responsible for assisting the department with technical expertise.
Your responsibilities
Be responsible for the department "Repair, Technology & Assembly".
Be responsible for 7 Service Technicians and their daily work.
You will lead and help the group to prioritize their tasks.
Act as a link between the group and other decisions makers.
Be part of audit/revision.
Be responsible for the work environment.
Find new opportunities and maintain the high quality level on our services.
You will set salaries.
Your background
Technical education at university level or equivalent competence.
Leadership training.
Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of electrical safety.
Good general technical knowledge.
It is advantageous if you have previous experience within a technical or managerial role.
It is advantageous if you have knowledge of TÛV, ABB products as well as good knowledge of electrical safety.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
