About the role
This position guaranties a wide range of exciting challenges. You get to engage in a broad cooperation with technical managers working at our 13 shopping centers in Scandinavia. Furthermore, this position offers great opportunities for your professional development and competence building through participation in relevant training courses and seminars.
It is your main responsibility to manage the shopping centers' technical, safety and maintenance area. You are responsible for the supervision of outsourced technical operation teams and other external partners. You ensure the optimization of security, sustainability, and technical development.
The role also includes: Day-to-day maintenance management of building and technical installations.
Implementation of internal controls at the shopping center in accordance with laws and regulations.
Manage cost efficiency and maximize the commercial potential in cooperation with the shopping center management.
Optimization of ex energy, water, and waste consumption.
Supporting stores in technical development.
Responsible for follow up on defined KPI's and SLA's.
Project management and implementation of smaller constructions works and technical installations.
Administrative management of internal databases.
Reporting on key figures and requested data.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Your position is in our shopping center Marieberg Galleria in Örebro. On a day-to-day basis you have a close collaboration with the centers' Center Manager, coordinator, and administration, as well as close suppliers as for eg. Facility Management.
You report to the Shopping Center Manager.
Your qualifications
It is important that you possess solid commercial understanding and bring this knowledge into everything you do in your job. You have a proactive approach and get along well with all levels of the business as you rely on a broad collaboration with many different stakeholders. You are a trained technician with a background in mechanical, electrical, process engineering or similar.
You have at least 5 years' experience in the construction or real estate sector.
You can encourage and motivate others when supervising projects.
You possess general knowledge of building maintenance, safety issues, real estate, ventilation, and mechanical equipment.
You have experience in AutoCAD or similar software.
You are fluent in written and oral English and Swedish.
You can cooperate, you are efficient and result oriented.
