Package Analysis, a team within D&E Materials and Package, leads Package analysis for Development and Validation activities as well as supporting After Launch activities and Market. Being the center of expertise for Packaging analysis in Tetra Pak, we provide solutions and capabilities for package features and properties including opening systems.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and some travel are included, mainly to Modena, Italy.
What you will do
As Technical Manager, reporting to Package Analysis Manager, you will:
Drive Package Analysis Lund as ONE lab:
Drive lab strategies, improvements of lab setup
Secure competences vs test methods
Secure prioritization on laboratory activities and requests
Secure Agreement with projects about resource needs
Secure alignment with other labs and test facilities
Responsible of Adecco lab solution, owner of student pool cost center, contact vs consultant company
Manager of lab consultants
Who you are
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are passionate about leading people and can naturally lead colleagues within the same competence area. You communicate well, have an open mindset, and possesses both the ability to listen and easily talk and collaborate with colleagues and clients. Also, you have a strong commitment towards quality and have a high level of integrity and trust.
We believe you have a University degree within technical matters as engineering or science, and it is required that you have experience from working in analysis of packaging material and/or product development and need a good knowledge of this technical area. If you have experience in leading people, formally or informally, it is a great advantage.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
