hela Sverige Polestar is currently looking for a Tech Lead for our Integration Services team within Digital Enablement, to help build a brand new SAP CPI Platform in an automated, scalable, highly secure manner.

The purpose of Integration Services is to enable integration capabilities & services to the digital teams. Integration Services are supporting our digital teams with integrations when we need to tie our services to external partners, or when we need to connect our COTS applications with each other in a modern way that fits into our event driven architecture.
What you will do
The Technical Lead is a modern technologist, an expert in integration and APIs with a background in software development. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to analyse their requirements and together with the team design & build the needed integrations. You will, together with the team, work with the technical roadmap to improve your team deliveries and the use of the platform, keeping technical debt to a minimum. You believe integration development can be democratized and strive to offer as much self-service as possible, with an as code approach. You will perform hands-on activities as required to ensure success.
Tasks you will be accountable for:
Work closely with the Integration Services Digital Lead & Solution Architect to deliver value across business priorities that require data integration
Build a cost-effective SAP CPI Platform in an automated, scalable, highly secure manner
Plan, provision, automate, monitor, tune and secure SAP CPI platform
Help the practice to grow its technical capability by enabling good practices available and instil a strong spirit of continuous learning
Create and maintain documentation related to interfaces on SAP CPI
Conduct requirements gathering workshops from integration perspective and lead the solution design process
Coach the team through complex, multi-phased deliveries and provide hands-on delivery guidance to the developers and stakeholders
Create and influence proper standards for development, governance, and operational lifecycle within the team, with a high degree of CI / CD.
Coach the team towards turning lessons learned into continuous improvement backlog items
Collaborate with Digital Lead to create a good balance of new development vs continuous improvement in backlog refinements

You are an influencer and thought leader that will possess the in-depth technical expertise and credibility to provide guidance to the development team/s.
To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:
Experience from being a tech lead or lead integration developer with architectural depth
Experience with provisioning and administration of SAP CPI
Experience and good understanding of SAP CPI integration design, SAP CPI out-of-the-box components and adapters
Experience in designing and developing integration solutions using SAP CPI Platform as well as SAP PI / PO
Experience of working with git / source code mgmt., backlog tools, CI/CD, DevOps, test automation (Figaf, Int4 IFTT, etc.)
Experience working with AWS (SNS, SQS, Lambda) & the Elastic stack
Experience from working with shared services / platform products with high degree of self-service for users
Tech savvy with ambitions to establish great developer relations
Strong collaborator and used to coaching teams
Excellent listener and strong communication skills
