hela Sverige For our client in Stockholm we are looking for a consultant who will work as Technical Lead for SuccessFactors implementation. The role requires fluent Swedish and minimum 10 years of work experience.
Background information
Our client is implementing Successfactors as part of a HR-program. This is done with a combination of internal business resources and IT Vendors in an agile setup.
Content and scope of the assignment
The Tech Lead is a Senior hands-on developer, capable of taking day-to-day technical / architectural decisions. TL is overall responsible for all technical aspects of the architecture, design, the implementation, and the operation of all components within Successfactors.
TL works closely with Product Owner and team to refine and design features and is part of the Agile team together with PN Product Owner and Vendor developers.

Education / experience:
Academic degree in IT (System Analysis, System Engineering etc.), or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through work experience and continuing professional education.
Requirements :
Proactive and enthusiastic.
Postal / logistics / e-commerce / retail business knowledge.
Ambition and ability to lead and develop others.
Experience with Agile way of working (preferably SAFe and/or Scrum).
Good communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable :
Minimum 5 years' experience in systems development within Successfactors.
Good knowledge in developing products with focus on security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
Excellent analytical skills.
Very good knowledge of software analysis and design:
Information modeling.
Modeling with UML.
Good knowledge in coaching developers.
Experience in taking architectural decisions.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Understanding of automated testing and tools.
Experience working in distributed development teams, preferably offshore or nearshore.
Passionate in writing clean code and creating world-class software.
Language skills: Fluent Swedish and good English
Location: Solna/remote
Work load: 100 %
Timeline: Permanent employment
