Eniro is a leading search company in the media industry, with operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Poland. In 2012, 77 percent of the company's revenues derived from digital media (excluding directory assistance services). The company specializes in local search and Eniro's well-known brands, products and services create user value for a vast number of users each day.

The Product & Marketing department at Eniro is responsible for development and management of user services as well as customer offerings of the Group. The Local Search unit holds the responsibility for development and management of desktop and mobile search user experience and products on the primary services eniro.se, gulesider.no, krak.dk, degulesider.dk and panoramafirm.pl, as well as complementary channels like our native apps for Android and iOS.
Since we are working in an ever changing IT market with high demands on our technical solutions, we need a tech lead person to be able to meet the demands
Beskrivning av tjänsten
In your daily work, you will need to communicate with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Poland. The tech lead shall:
• Have a deep knowledge about online and mobile platforms with a clear mobile first approach
• Be a master in creating structure and processes
• Have an overview of all systems and application within Eniro, this includes understandings in: languages, frameworks, utilities, development environments
• Provide the projects and the team ideas and recommendation on how to set up environments in best way (architecture skills)
• Be a mentor and support for developers in their daily work
• Be involved at project starts to avoid technical debts after delivery
• Give all new employees introduction to how we work and how things shall be developed at Eniro (like a best standard)
• Be updated around technology and ensure that the tools and frameworks we use is the best ones for Eniro to reach our targets and KPI:s
• Continuously improve and suggest improvement for development strategy and architecture
• Ensure scalable solutions and technologies
• Set a standard for optimize performance and response times across platforms together with developers in all teams
• Improve release management, towards higher flexibility and more continuous releases / deliveries
• Together with team managers explore how Eniro could benefit from a DevOps set-up and cloud solutions
• Have knowledge about Eniro's environment setups and being able to communicate with our hosting partner if necessary
Vem är du?
• Have a several years of experience from programming and development
• Are familiar with techniques as HTML(5), CSS(3), Java, Linux and JavaScript and preferably are familiar with Apache, MySQL/MongoDB/Postgress
• Are social, open and not afraid to test new stuff
• Have an understanding of servers, hosting, clouds and wants to make things better
• Love to be the mentor and know how to be educational
• Are familiar with Cloud storage, mobile first expression, best standards and wants to learn more in these areas
• Have very good skills in Swedish and English
