hela Sverige Responsible for transition/transformation of full cycle of software product/application development, implementation, support and maintenance of medium, large and complex (end-to-end) client engagements in various functions viz delivery, customization, release, operations and in a business development capacity. [Domain: Healthcare, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Embedded] * Demonstrate strong focus applying project and people management principles while preparing and developing detailed project plans, estimation/budgeting, establishing measures, milestones and metrics, definition, scoping, resource requirements and tracking to schedule considering project constraints, risks and assumptions to achieve desired business outcomes. * Experience in all phases of SDLC - working with project life-cycle methodologies like Waterfall, V model, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Frameworks - Nexus, SAFe). * Develop and deliver training, mentoring and coaching experience with agile engineering practices and techniques such as XP, TDD, CI/CD, Pair Programming and Automation/Regression Testing. * Strong background in application of object-oriented design principles and methodologies like UML, design patterns (Factory Methods), 2-3 tier architectures (MVC), Microservices, SoA (ESB).
