Technical Lead
As Technical Lead You will provide technical leadership in R&D project and be a part of the execution team, consisting of multiple engineering disciplines. You will be responsible for the Technical Execution Plan for each of your assigned project and ensuring compliance with corporate, sector and business directives and EHS standards. You will also be responsible for technical documentation and communicating technical results and deviation/change orders. You will provide support and trouble shooting in commercial project within your technical expertise. You will have the opportunity to suggest product design improvements and new R&D initiatives
You have a Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Science, preferable in Mechanical Engineering. A PhD is beneficial. You have experience in product development or similar and probably also from project leadership. Experience in power industry and AQCS products are an advantage. As a person you show a strong commitment to the achievements of objectives and are able to work independently. You are open-minded and contribute with ideas. You have leadership ability and an excellent communication skill, both verbal and written. Knowledge in Catia V5, Matlab or Aspen is meritorious.
The position is based in Växjö, Sweden but you will work with an international team, therefore fluent English is required, other languages meritorious.
