What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team within Digtial Control. The Tech Lead is responsible for the execution of deliverables and roadmap for our digital products. As a Tech Lead you will translate business objectives set by Digital Lead and Digital Product Manager into technical deliverables and features. You will be an executor and the visionary force behind the technical solution, working closely with your team to deliver new or updated digital products.
Tasks you will be accountable for:
• Supporting the Digital lead in daily execution and planning within the digital team, including coordinating and delegating the team's responsibilities and working proactively to remove technical obstacles to team deliverables
• Setting the Digital product's technical direction in collaboration with the Solution Architect and aligning this with the Digital Lead
• Being a system owner (SaaS) - Follow Polestar guidelines of system ownership.
• Mentoring and coaching the Digital team members, partially by being hands-on and engaging in the development of the digital product/service/platform
• Supporting the team with problem-solving, balancing priorities, and clarifying trade-offs
• Establishing/organizing the team's development process, including releases, product demos, end-user training, workshops

To be a great fit for this position we believe you:
• Are seen as an expert in the technical components of Digital products and customer journeys
• Can make architecture decisions at a team and Digital product level
• Have experience in developing and scaling high-quality eCommerce tech platforms in cross-functional Digital product teams
• Have deep tech knowledge around platform architecture, front-end and back-end frameworks and cloud and experience in coaching teams
• Having experience in agile ways of working is a plus, as well as strong skills in managing technical priorities within the backlog
• Are a doer (hands-on) with a holistic point of view
